Instructions to download and install the

QDB/FPM program (auto-update version)

Note: Images on your pc might not look like the following images. Steps should be the same.

Click doaddins.exe

If you will get the following screen:

Click the Open button.

You will get the next screen:

Click the Unzip button. You will be prompted for a password.

On Excel:

   Click Tools

   Click Add-ins

   Click Browse  (go to c:\qdb)

   Select doaddins.xla

   Click OK (or open)

   Click OK

GL/PPP FPM AD HOC Reporting program will be added to you tool bar.

To run it, click Tools | GL/PPP FPM AD HOC Reporting

Note:

When you open your Excel, wait a few seconds before running the QDB/FPM.

If you get a read only message, try again. 

Note:

If you get a "Cannot Find..." message, do these:

   Click tools

   Click Marco

   Click Security

If Security Level is high, try a lower setting and press OK.

Close and open your Excel and run the program again.

If you try Medium Security, Excel will ask you if you want to run the program.

You need to say YES.

Note:

Your FTP port needs to allow file transfer. If it is not abled, QDP/FPM will not run.
