OTR - Online Time Reporting (Timesheet Application)
Please follow these steps to install the OTR program :

Install MDAC.EXE version
2.7. (For more information, please go to
MDAC download page.)

Download the self extracting zip file below, extract the setup files and run
setup.exe.
