*Version date should be equal or greater then the date listed in this cell.

The FPMSetup.exe will extract the setup files to the C:\FPMSetup folder.

Step 2 Run the Setup.exe program in the C:\FPMSetup folder and follow the instructions on screen. This will install the FPM application in the C:\Program Files\Financial Projection Module folder and will create the necessary shortcuts in the Windows Start Menu.

NOTE: The program automatically downloads the latest version of the FPM application so make sure users have read/write access to the C:\Program Files\Financial Projection Module folder as well as rights to open FTP connections.

Step 3 Run the FPM application using the  shortcut in the Start Menu's "Financial Projection Module" group.

NOTE: When creating a shortcut in your desktop make sure it points to "C:\Program Files\Financial Projection Module\FPM.exe."

Step 4 Change your password to match your QDB password

The FPM application connects to QDB to retrieve employee/staff information therefore you must synchronize your FPM password to match your QDB login password, otherwise you will receive QDB login errors. You can change your password using the Utilites menu in the FPM application.

NOTE: Having OASIS access does not necessarily mean that you have QDB access automatically, and their passwords could be different. If you are able to connect to OASIS but not to QDB you need to contact the AIS support desk.

Known Issues:

Using VPN Make sure the VPN connection is open before running the FPM application
Need Microsoft Data Access Components Please go to MDAC download page
Receiving QDB login errors Make sure you changed your FPM password to match your QDB login password
