All Dean's Office QDB Programs

The QDB Programs are user-friendly computer programs that retrieve data from the Query Database (QDB) . In order to use these programs, you must have a QDB Login ID and password. If you need a pssword, please contact your departmental DSA to assist you. If you need access to only FS data, request only FS QDB access. If you are interested in PP QDB data, you must specify access to both FS AND PP QDB.

GL/PPP FPM AD HOC Reporting
This program is updated each time you open your Excel. Doaddins.exe is the program that performs the auto-update. If you work from home or cannot get the auto-update to work for you, you can download the Qdbgpfpm.exe. See the help if you need assistance. Caution: you need to check for updates yourself. This program is updated often.

Saved Queries First time users, please download the saved queries to your C: drive so that you can use these as a starting point for building your own library of queries.

CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY DOWNLOADED THE QUERIES, DOWNLOADING AGAIN WILL OVERWRITE ALL EXISTING QUERIES INCLUDING THOSE THAT YOU MAY HAVE CREATED FOR SPECIALIZED PURPOSES.

Templates We are also distributing some templates for use with the data downloaded through the QDB GL/PPP addin. These templates originated in the division of Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine so we would like to extend our thanks to their department for creating these templates and allowing us to distribute them on our web site.
